My name is Sherry Hanes and I am the proud Director of an amazing group of women! Each consultant is an independent Consultant building her business to achieve her own goals and dreams! Together we are UNIT which stands for U aNd I Together! Each consultant is valuable to our Unit regardless of how large or small she wants to play and build her business! I care and EVERYONE counts! What we each achieve individually is added up to determine what we achieve as a group. We have been a Unit for 30 years! Over those years, we together have achieved a combined retail sales total of anywhere between $300,000 and $750,000 in any given year!
Our unit prides itself on our integrity and conducting business in the Go-Give Spirit that Mary Kay Ash built our company on! Being trained by the lady, Mary Kay Ash, I love to share the wealth of information and training I have experienced throughout the years with our consultants! I believe that school is never out for the pro! The primary purpose of this website is training and education! I really had no desire to create a cute website for you to spend hours on! My objective was to create a website where our consultants could quickly find the resources they sought on any given day whether that be new consultant training or an idea they could obtain and run with in a particular season. I want our website to be a place where you are on and off quickly getting what you need so you can spend your time in action which is how you will make money in your business.
